EIS has set up a new state-of-the-art customer support network. This system allows us to assign incident IDs to each problem we are working on and to track the incidents progress. It not only allows us to do so, but for our customers to interact with us and the system. This system allows us to raise our customer support to a new level, and to resolve problems faster and more efficiently.
To log on to our customer support network requires a username and password. If you are an EIS customer and do not as of yet have your CSID please contact us and we will be happy to get you set up right away.
